Ramsey Cricket Club member David Jones is taking on this challenge “whilst he still can”, as he feels passionate about the development of young Cricket players at Ramsey Cricket Club. David is planning to complete 100 laps of the Ramsey CC Cricket field during the 1st XI home match against Foxton on the 25th May 2013. He is looking for your support in any way that you can. David is also a sufferer of Poliomyelitis which is Polio to you and me, and has unfortunately had the aggressive development of PPS (Post-Polio Syndrome) so is taking this on as a very real personal challenge also. The money will also be shared with the Polio Survivors Support Network, who do brilliant work to make the life’s of people with the “forgotten disease” much more bearable. David has also engaged the services of a Celebrity Chef for that day who will be providing various meals for purchase during and after the Game at Approx £4.95 per head, all proceeds will go to the charity event. If any none playing members, Supporters & Friends of the Ramsey Cricket club would like to take the challenge on with David that day why not let him know davidj@alpeninoxuk.com and you too can raise money through your network of family, friends and colleagues. Please Make Donations to David’s Challenge “DJ Laps Up a Ton” of £10, £20, £50 or £100 on the very clear links below. Thank You for your support. |
