RCC AGM Wednesday 20th November 8pm

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN AGM OF THE CLUB WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY 20TH NOVEMBER 2013 AT 8PM IN THE CLUB PAVILION

PART OF THE BUSINESS FOR THE EVENING WILL BE THE ELECTION OF OFFICERS TO THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE OF THE CLUB. NOMINATIONS FOR THESE POSITIONS ARE TO BE SENT TO THE ACTING SECRETARY AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE THE AGM. THE OFFICERS OF THE CLUB ARE:

RCC Legend Bev Bradford receives Hunts Award

Huntingdonshire and Ramsey Cricket Club Legend Bev Bradford, pictured left with Mark Ramprakash, received the annual Gary Whitbread Memorial Award at the HCB Annual Dinner.

In a career spanning 53 seasons Bev scored over 30,000 runs, took 3,200 wickets for Huntingdonshire CCC, Huntingdonshire Over 50s and Ramsey CC.

An opening batsman and off spinner Bev was very respected for his good sportsmanship and unflappable temperament and was good enough to be offered first-class playing contracts by Essex, Northants and Lancashire.
