I am writing to inform you that pre-season nets have now been booked and I would therefore like to invite you to book a place. Dates and costs are listed below.
Coaches to take the sessions will be:
Under 9s – Andrew Hodgson, Paul Noble and Matthew Slack
Under 11s and above – Matthew Slack, Harry Buddle and Charlie Saunders
All coaches are qualified to coach under the ECB guidelines and all have the relevant CRB checks.
The venue and session times are as follows:
Venue: Ramsey Leisure Centre, Abbey Road Ramsey, Cambridgeshire PE26 1DP
Under 9s Boys and Girls (Softball)
15th February, 22nd February and 01st March – Time is 11.00am until 12.00pm (1hour)
Under 11s – 15s Boys and Girls (Hardball)
8th March, 15th March and 22nd March – Time is 1.00pm until 2.30pm (1.5 hours)
If you are not sure which session your child should be involved in please send me an email or feel free to call me.
Total Costs
Under 9s - £5.00 a session for 3 weeks or a one off payment of £10.00. The one off payment would need to be paid the first week, makes the last session free.
Under 11s to 15’s - £5.00 a session for 3 weeks or a one off payment of £10.00. The one off payment would need to be paid first week, makes the last session free.
Please make cheques payable to ‘Ramsey Cricket Club’ and bring to the first session.
We welcome all levels of ability and anyone wanting to try something new. We aim to make the sessions as fun as possible and we will always aim for the children to take some new skills away with them. Sessions should all be about fun and the children going away with a smile on their face and that is what we try our best to achieve.
Due to the success of the junior section over the last few years we have to limit the amount of children we can take for each indoor session.
We can accept up to 30 children for each session, so please book on to avoid disappointment.
